Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of residential and commercial development projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage project timelines, budgets, and teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
- Professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
