The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to approved plans. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain project quality.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Manage site resources, labor, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2ā4 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
